Meet June

BELIEVE. ACHIEVE. INSPIRE.

June-Telling-You.jpg

"Sometimes we tend to take a situation, whether bad, good or indifferent and block our own blessings. Why?
Because we can’t see 5 years from now, 10 years, 15 or 20"

I wasn't always an inspirational teacher. I was deep in the music industry. I worked my way up from winning in school singing contests to winning contests at the world famous Apollo Theatre. I went from singing in a driveway in Windsor, Connecticut to signing a major record deal in New York City.

Some time later, I’m the executive director at a major music company. I’m placing music for Jay Z, Beyonce, 50 Cent, Jennifer Lopez, and others. Later, I’d author two books and counting, start The June Archer School of Arts and The June Archer Foundation, host TV shows, interview some of today's top celebrities, sit on the board of the Hartford Symphony Orchestra and the Simsbury Meadows Performing Art Center, speak around the country and my story continues…

How? I changed my perspective to gain my accomplishments in life. You see, all of those things I mentioned before, they weren't handed to me. Doors closed on me but I saw the alternative side to it and knew it meant that other doors were going to open for me.

"I believe that we have the power to change our lives
when we change our perspectives
and my goal is to help you do just that.
"
